Health Savings from FNBSC
The purpose of a Health Savings Account is to pay, on a tax-free basis, the qualified medical expenses of an HSA owner and his family.
To be eligible for a Health Savings Account, you must generally:
Be covered under a high-deductible health plan (HDHP)
Not be covered by any other health plan that is not an HDHP
Not be entitled to benefits under Medicare
Not be eligible to be claimed as a dependent on another person's tax return
Minimum Deposit to Open: $100.00
One time set-up Fee: $25.00
